This Koh Samui property for rent is a beautifully designed, modern penthouse suite located in the hills above Chaweng Noi. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, an open-plan living room-dining room-kitchen and some of the very best views on the island.

Just 20 minutes or so from Koh Samui airport Villa Poda has dedicated parking right outside the front door. And as you take your first steps into the villa the stylish and spacious ground floor living area is momentarily eclipsed by the panoramic view through the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. And as you step onto your balcony the vista expands before you giving an incredible 180 degree view. 

In the living area, there ís a cozy sofa facing a large, wall-mounted TV with free Netflix streaming and an integrated sound system. Opposite the stairs to the upper level is a large bathroom/shower room and toilet. There ís also a dining table for four and a very modern kitchen with a cooking hob, an oven, a coffee machine, dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you could ever need. A continental or Chinese breakfast is served every day by the in-house team in your villa. We can also arrange for a private chef to come to your villa and prepare a locally sourced feast for you to enjoy in the comfort of your villa. Our chefs are only too happy to share their culinary secrets with keen epicureans.

On the upper level there are two bedrooms, the first is the en-suite master bedroom which  faces the sea and enjoys breathtaking views. The orientation of the double-bed ensures that the turquoise waters below are the first thing you see through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors when you awaken in the morning. Thereís also a work desk for a laptop, a sofa, plenty of storage space, a safe for your valuables and a private balcony and it ís air-conditioned throughout. The open-plan en-suite has a double sink, a powerful rain shower, toilet and further storage space. The second air-conditioned bedroom is a generously appointed twin-bed room with the bathroom at the foot of the stairs.

On site there a fitness room and an all-day reception and concierge service. Your villa manager can arrange car-hire, trips and tours around the island and to neighbouring islands, recommend places of interest to visit and can book a spa therapist to come to your villa and give you a relaxing massage on your balcony. There ís also a villa manager on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and your villa has a maid service every day.

Chaweng Noi is nestled in the hills between the two main towns of Chaweng and Lamai and both are only a ten minute drive away. Chaweng has hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, a large shopping mall and a 5km stretch of beach that you can see from your villa. And Lamai also has an almost equal amount of amenities and surrounding beaches.
