Choeng Mon is situated in the north of the island of Koh Samui, close to all amenities including Fisherman's Village, Chaweng, International schools and the airport, all 5-15 minutes drive. The local beaches are also some of the best on the island.
The house is being renovated to western standards with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the upper floor with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and air-con. 2 of the bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the garden.
The ground floor has an open plan kitchen with full but basic facilities, a breakfast counter with high chairs, guest toilet and storage room. There's a pool table and the dining area with terrace and has views to the pool and gardens.
Outside is a long wooden chair with space for an outdoor dining or relaxing. As well as a private pool to relax in, there will also be a sala by the pool side ideally for a bar.
There's plenty of parking space, one under roof and two for outdoor. The property is walled in and has a gate.
