It is also ideally located close to the main shopping, dining and entertainment areas of both Chaweng Beach Road and Fisherman’s Village, yet within minutes you can be back at the villa to relax in the beachfront Jacuzzi with its views of the neighbouring islands.

At high tide the sea comes right up to the wall at the foot of the garden just metres from the house. At low tide, take a romantic stroll along the beach for lunch or dinner at the nearby 5-star resorts.

Inside, the house is beautifully furnished. The living room features a 47” flat-screen TV, Satellite TV channels, surround sound DVD speakers and Wi-Fi Internet throughout. The kitchen is equipped to top western standards with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher, while the spacious dining table is set under a vaulted ceiling.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins.  Bedroom two has a king-sized bed vaulted ceiling, while the second bathroom leads off from the hall. Both bedrooms are equipped with fans and air-conditioning, while both bathrooms feature full GROHE accessories and rain showers.

There is also a mezzanine level with an office table and moon terrace, which might be used for catching up on emails, watching movies or reading to the gentle sound of the sea lapping onto the beach.

Guests should note that the beautiful tropical garden and infinity swimming pool are communal (not private) and is shared with 4 nearby houses. The car parking area is at the resort entrance and there is a 100-metre walk through the garden to the villa (there is no traffic noise at the villa).

Housekeeping and maids cleaning: change of bed linen and towels once or twice a week, depending on the requirements of guests.
