These spaces include a study, a luxurious indoor movie theater, an indoor lounge bar with a pool table, and an outdoor pool bar.

The shared spaces include the estate tennis court, an indoor bar that overlooks the infinity pool, and hosts a pool table and 2 large TVs, ideal for watching sporting events with friends and family. On top of this the villa’s lighting, music system and theater are state of the art, operated by Ipad, whilst at the same time letting guests connect their own choice of music from individual Ipods and computer systems.

There is a sunny outside dining terrace, seating up to 8, and an indoor dining room with large plate glass windows and doors, that create an indoor/outdoor dining experience. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, however if you don’t fancy cooking, a personal chef or caterer can be arranged for a small extra charge so that you can relax entirely.

Each of the 8 en-suite bedrooms enjoys satellite fed television and DVD, whilst being able to access the large music library on the centralized server. There is one large master bedroom, a further six doubles, and a twin, the master bedroom and two of the doubles have their own private balconies. Lift access to all bedrooms not only means that luggage delivery on arrival is painless, but also that elderly relatives have access to the whole house from the car porch itself.
